Personal data provided by Users via electronic forms is stored by the Administrator under the rules set out in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Dz.U. of 2002, No. 101, item 926).
  2. The website allows Users to contact the Administrator and provide identification, contact, and message-related data.
  3. The Administrator collects:
    - data related to email contact using the form provided on the website www.filmclass.world,
    - browsing data of the User on the website www.filmclass.world,
    - personal data provided by the User and processed by the Administrator, including: name, surname, email address, and correspondence address. To issue training completion documents, the Administrator may process other personal data voluntarily provided by the User with their consent.

    - analyzing web traffic, ensuring security within the Website, and tailoring content to User needs based on the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    - responding to inquiries and conducting correspondence to address the issue based on the User's consent and the Administrator's legitimate interest in fulfilling User requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR),
    - ensuring the normal course of participation in the Course for which the User has registered, including issuing completion documents (certificate) and for marketing purposes with the User's separate, voluntary consent.

  2. Cookies ("cookies") are IT data, especially text files, stored on the User's end device and intended for using the website pages. Such files usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

    - creating statistics to help understand how Users use the website, allowing improvement of their structure and content;
    - participating in the Course.

  1. Providing data by the User for purposes related to the Course or correspondence is voluntary but necessary. Not providing them may hinder or prevent the consideration of the matter or correspondence.
  2. Providing data necessary for statistical analysis of website users is voluntary. The User can use the incognito mode to browse the site without sharing information about the User's visit with the Administrator. Using incognito mode and not providing data does not affect the ability to use the Website.
  1. The User's personal data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or until the matter is resolved, and then until the statute of limitations for the parties' claims related to its implementation.
  2. Data related to web traffic analysis collected via cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire, so the data retention period will be equivalent to the time necessary for the Administrator to fulfill the purposes related to data collection, such as ensuring security and analyzing historical data related to website traffic.
  3. Personal data related to the Administrator's accounting, bookkeeping, and tax documentation - to fulfill the obligation arising from legal provisions, in particular the Accounting Act and the Tax Ordinance, the Act on Goods and Services Tax (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) - for 5 years from the end of the given accounting year.
  4. Personal data related to pursuing claims or defense against claims - based on the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of acting in legal matters for 3 years after the provision of a given service, and in the case of ongoing proceedings - for the duration of the proceedings until its final conclusion and until the statute of limitations for claims.

To ensure the security of personal data, the Administrator limits the number of authorized persons to access and process this data only to those whose duties involve providing the User with efficient participation in the Course, issuing Course completion documents, and conducting marketing activities. The Administrator applies technical solutions that ensure that all operations on personal data are performed only by authorized persons.
  2. The Administrator does not grant access to processed personal data to third parties not part of the ECDP Group.
  3. Entities cooperating with the Administrator have access to Users' personal data and participate in their processing processes.
  4. The Administrator continuously analyzes the risk and monitors the adequacy of the personal data protection systems. If necessary, the Administrator implements additional measures and solutions to increase the scope of personal data security.
  1. In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, the User has the right to:
    - obtain information on the purpose and duration of the processing of their personal data referred to in this Policy and request a copy of the data provided,
    - request the correction of outdated, incorrect data, deletion of data if it is still in the Administrator's possession, and the purpose of processing has been achieved,
    - transfer data provided to the Administrator in a commonly available format to a third party,
    - object to the processing of data about which the Participant has doubts about the purpose of their processing,
    - lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  2. The request for information on processed data, a request for their change, or deletion is submitted by the Participant in writing to: Filmclass Bartłomiej Żmuda, ul. Turmoncka 12/130, 03-254 Warszawa.
  3. The request referred to in § 6 point 2 should precisely indicate the scope of the request, in particular:
    - which right the Participant wants to exercise,
    - which personal data processing process the request concerns,
    - which processing purposes the request pertains to.
  1. At every stage of collecting and processing personal data, the Administrator ensures the full integrity of this data and does not share it with third parties, except entities forming part of the ECDP Group.
  2. The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer; all information regarding data processing is provided by the Administrator.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to change this Policy, especially if the rules for processing personal data change.
  4. The date of the last modification of this Policy: August 20, 2024.
